By simply entering the IP address of the Bobcat Miner 300 in your web browser, the Bobcat Diagnoser enables you to obtain comprehensive information about your hotspot. Does not require a Bluetooth connectivity is required, but accessing the web interface from another device requires being on the same local network as the hotspot (connected to the same router). Access the Diagnoser in the Bobber App
Within the hotspots tab, a shortcut to the Bobcat Diagnoser will be present. Simply click the stethoscope icon, which is to the left of the Hotspots Settings section (gear icon). NOTE: This will only work when your mobile device is on the same local network (connected to the same router) as your hotspot.
Additional diagnostic capabilities (like, Reboot, Reset, etc.) can be found within the web dashboard widget on the app. These features can be launched from anywhere in the world and do not require users to be on the same LAN as the miner.

Access the Diagnoser in a Browser
Make sure the internet is accessible from the Bobcat Miner 300. Using the process shown below in “Retrieve Diagnoser IP from the Helium App via Bluetooth Pairing”, find the local address of the miner’s IP. Check the Connected Devices page of the router that the miner is connected to to find the local IP address if you can’t find it using the Helium Hotspot or Bobber apps. Enter the local IP address into the address bar of your web browser while on the same local network as the miner (connected to the same router as the miner) to load the Diagnoser page.
